About Me

Hello! I'm Zoe, a psychotherapist, living in Suffolk with a young family and two cats. I trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy and continue to work for NHS Talking Therapies as a Senior Clinician.

I began working to support people with mental health difficulties in my twenties, and have worked in NHS Talking Therapies since 2009. I trained in Solution Focused Therapy at BRIEF in 2013. In 2016 I achieved a Merit for a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Royal Holloway, University of London. I am accredited with the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists). I have been practising as a therapist for over a decade, and as a supervisor for over 2 years.

I work with adults and young people, with a range of difficulties including anxiety, stress, panic, OCD, PTSD, low self esteem and depression. I also offer supervision for practising psychotherapists.

Whether you're looking for in-person sessions or online support, I welcome you to a compassionate and non-judgemental space to guide you forward.

Changing the stigma of help seeking

I believe it's paramount to be informed and transparent about therapies, and create a welcoming environment where seeking help is ordinary. There is still more to be done to make therapy a normal part of life, and as acceptable as getting a haircut or seeing the dentist; but we are getting there!
